Sunny SundayHot Dogs and Conversations Last weekend brought quite the adventure with the weather. Just as we reached the halfway point in the sermon, dark storm clouds rolled in, and we wrapped everything up just seconds before the rain poured down. It was the fastest church cleanup I’ve ever seen! This Sunday is our BBQ Sunday, and I’m looking forward to sunny weather, great conversations on the lawn, and some delicious hot dogs. Let’s be intentional about reaching out to those who may be new to Transformation Church and help them feel welcome. |

Missing Ladder
Our 12-foot step ladder has gone missing. It is marked "Pruden" in red letters. If you know where it might be or have any information, please contact me at jeremy@transformtbay.com. |

Sleeping Giant CampingAugust 14-17 TC’s Sleeping Giant camping trip is just a few weeks away! If you’re planning to come but haven’t signed up yet, there’s a sign-up sheet on the table at the outdoor service, or you can let Lauren or Rachel know. The group campsite, Marie Louise Campground B, site G2, will be available for check-in after 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 14th. Please do not plan to arrive or access the site before that time. On Sunday, August 17th, we must check out by 2:00 PM. Everyone attending is responsible for bringing their own camping gear and meals. If you are bringing a trailer or motor home that requires power, please bring an extension cord. If you have any questions about finding gear or a ride to the site, feel free to chat with Lauren or Jeremy. The campground itself is already paid for, but just a reminder that there is a vehicle entrance fee that each car owner will need to cover. The weekend will be relaxed with no set agenda, other than a time to gather and worship together on Sunday morning. If you’re not able to stay overnight, you’re still welcome to come out and spend one of the days with us. If you’re planning to join, consider bringing a board game you’d like to teach or a lawn activity the group might enjoy. We’re looking forward to a fun and restful weekend together! lauren@transformtbay.com rachel@transformtbay.com jeremy@transformtbay.com

Be A BereanPaul Part II - Persecutor to Preacher Undoubtedly, one of the most influential people in the New Testament is the apostle, Paul. But Paul didn’t start off on the right foot at all. Before his transformation, Paul—then known as Saul—was a man who caused great harm. He was a persecutor by every account, leaving behind a trail of damage and fear. But Paul was transformed, he was chosen. You can find the texts I have used in preparing the sermon in Acts 9, and additional reflections on it in Acts 22, Acts 26, Galatians 1–2, and Philippians 3:1–14. Do you think that after his conversion, Paul was a super saint, no longer plagued by the troubles of this this life? Did he feel any weakness. Was he like us, struggling with the same challenges? Read 2 Corinthians 12. I invite you to read these passages and immerse yourself in Saul’s story. Looking forward to a sunny Sunday! With love, Jeremy
